Dicovery
To kick things off, we'll send you our comprehensive BRAND DISCOVERY FORM, which allows us to fully understand the inner workings of your company, your target audience, and your goals. This way, we can craft a distinct strategy tailored to your specific business needs.
Strategy
Next, we'll schedule a 60-min Zoom strategy call to get to know you and dig even deeper into your brand’s strategy. Every company is working towards a specific goal. The brand image is what sticks with people, even in your absence. The emotions a particular color evokes in customers, the distinct connection it forges, and the experiences they associate with it all contribute to shaping the brand. In this strategy session, we'll present a brand brief that we've compiled from the information gathered in your discovery form.
Design
This phase involves translating our thoughts and ideas onto paper, we start by sketching out various concepts and then refine our choices. After narrowing down to a select few, we transition to the digital realm, converting them into a vector format and start experimenting with colour schemes, typefaces, and placements based on the objective we want to accomplish.
Delivery
Once the concept is selected, final refinements are made, and the color palette is settled, your brand is officially brought to life. We want you to fully understand the steps we took to create the final brand image. The ideas we've developed will be presented in a presentation with practical implementations. This is done to make it simpler to visualize the design in a real-world setting.

How long will my branding project take?
In general, a branding project typically takes around 4 to 6 weeks, while a website project can range from 8 to 10 weeks. The timeline may vary based on the number of pages and the promptness of client feedback.
Furthermore, we usually require a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks to initiate projects. Therefore, reaching out to us sooner increases the likelihood of aligning with your desired launch schedule.
How much do your packages cost?
All of our packages are tailored to each client’s specific needs. Simply get in touch with us, and we’ll provide you with pricing details. Please bear in mind that the minimum investment for our services begins at $4k.
We prioritize our clients’ best interests and offer various options based on your stage of business growth and the precise scope of the desired project (such as the number of web pages, choice of platform, copywriting, integrations, etc).

What if I already have branding, can I use my existing assets for a web project?
We greatly value having complete creative freedom over the aesthetic, but we’re also open to working with your existing assets. However, it’s important that you have a complete set of brand deliverables ready for us to use.
If you already have a FULL SET of brand deliverables (logo, icon, colour palette of at least 5 shades, header, subheader + body fonts), we’d be happy to take a look and see if we can work with them!
If you don’t have the above-mentioned deliverables, we highly recommended that you invest in both branding & website design to see the maximum return on your investment.
Do your packages include Instagram graphics, cover photos, YouTube banners or email headers?
We don’t provide graphic design services together with our branding and website design package.
Why? We see ourselves as your brand architects. This means we establish the core foundation and strategy for your branding, including usage guidelines. With these guidelines in hand, you can easily have graphics created for you by any designer, ensuring they align with your brand’s identity.
